Inside a seven week deadline, Falcon Construction completed the conversion of an existing office building into a trading One Stop Store.
The conversion required major structural alterations to be carried out prior to the shopfitting works, whch were completed under the strict scrutiny of the local planning control officers.
Falcon Construction was awarded the contract to fit out a one Stop Store in Warwick.
Having been a One Stop stores contractor in Falcon’s founding years we are delighted to be reassociated with the 2010 One Stop development programme.
This store gave Falcon new challenges which resulted, we are pleased to report, in a very satisfied client on completion.
Falcon were appointed to work for this prestigious client on the Pinewood Studios site, famous for its James Bond Productions, installing a New Media Centre with complicated associated services works.
As part of the commitment to the community Tesco contribute to a cause to benefit the people of the area. In Swillington the store is prominently placed next to a local play centre serving the local children and their families.
The playgroup is based in an old church and serves a large number of children on a daily basis.
The playgroup was struggling with funding to upgrade the facilities for the children in accordance with Ofsted reporting.
The money contributed was enhanced by the sub-contractors and Falcon Team based at Swillington and the toilets received new flooring, new ceramic tiles to the walls, painting of the walls, new signage and locks to the doors.
The playgroup also requested for the possibility of additional shelving which was provided and our Site Manager Brent Millman attended on a weekend to install these ready for their Ofsted inspection.

As part of the commitment to the community Tesco contribute to a cause to benefit the people of the area. In Neath the store is prominently placed next to a local play centre at the Community Centre serving the local children and their families.
The Community Centre is a new building and normally serves a large number of children on a daily basis.
The Neath Port Talbot area does run a Toy Library whereby toys can be loaned but these are in demand and there are simply not enough educational toys to go around.
The playgroup was in need of new toys to help the children's continued development and learning before moving on to school.
