October 2011: Falcon completes several shop fits
Explore Learning in Kingsheath, Birmingham
The Falcon team completed yet another store for Explore Learning on Friday 21st October following a three week programme of works. On possession of the site, the floor screed was found to be defective, this was taken up and relaid only adding 3 working days to the overall programme.

One Stop – Acton
This former PFS was converted from a trading outlet to a One Stop store format, including adjusting external levels and laying new tarmacadam to overcome the original forecourt islands.
A two week overall duration from completion to handover with store opening 3 days after Falcon left site.
Tesco Express – Bournemouth
This developer's shell beneath university student accommodation in Bournemouth was fitted out for Tesco Express Stores Ltd. The 6 week contract included constructing, dividing walls between units, alterations to floor levels and external drainage as well as the usual new shopfront Express fit out installations.
July 2011: Falcon appointed by Pell Frischmann to deliver several projects
Falcon has recently been appointed by Pell Frischmann to deliver a number of school projects during the summer shutdown to Warley Infant & Nursery School, Blackheath Primary School and further work for Sir Graham Balfour School. These projects include a new sensory room and Exam and Bursar Office alterations.
June 2011: Falcon Construction completes Tesco Express, Broken Cross, Macclesfield
Falcon completed this demanding project inside 18 weeks, which included site clearance and demolition works, cut and fill groundwork operations, piling and unusually a timber frame construction in line with our clients “green” cridentials. The project was successfully opened including 278 roadworks on 13th June 2011.
May 2011: Falcon Construction completes Tesco Express Cardiff
A very challenging project undertaken under the direct scrutiny of the St. Davids Cardiff Shopping Centre Management Team. The project required daily liason with the shopping centre to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
February 2011: Falcon Construction completes Explore Learning Centre conversion in Barking
Falcon were pleased to complete this 5 week project to convert an existing retail unit into an Explore Learning Centre in Barking.
The work involved a full interior fit out, while retaining the existing shop front with new signage to suit the clients requirements.
