Tesco Express, Ilkeston
Falcon Construction Services was awarded this contract by Tesco Stores PLC.
The project was the conversion of a public house in Ilkeston into a Tesco Express store. The contract was a difficult one that required all our expertise and experience.
It involved the complete strip-out of the original fixtures and fittings and the demolition of load bearing walls before the introduction of structural steelwork and foundations.
Despite the tight timescale involved, we are delighted to say the store was completed on time and on budget.
